Through the years I have been using my orange Tonguechair a lot. It is just a perfect object to ’shape’ a body. Not that easy to do for a model, but full of challenges.

I was invited to the FEPN in Arles, France for an exhibition at the ‘Espace van Gogh’. Not a bad place to show my work as a Dutch artist.

My photography is grey. Light grey, dark. A hand stretched towards the light.
A sigh.
A press on the button, a long journey.
Human scale at two square meters. Nothing to be afraid of.
